Could some one please explain to me why, when you love someone and committ to someone 110% why is it that all u get back is pain and hurt ? I give up!

I've learned an awful lot over the past year and am determined it's not going to make me bitter and twisted, but, if anything it's made me cautious. If he's got your love hun make sure he appreciates it and deserves it. Now have a lovely christmas and do twinkly things and get mulled!!
