I'm not sure if I get a bonus or not - job too new. I don't think any of us know if there's a bonus. Watch this space.
One bonus is that I'm not attending the 'cocktail party' organised by the principal - it starts at 7 and finishes at 10 - that is so not a party - you can tell he's not a biker!
I am attending the unofficial staff party though which will go on for longer!

im a care assistant in a old folkes home too, no bonus either but if the relitives bring enough tins of chocolates or biscuts in, we get one of those. we don't have to pay for the pressies for our residents though, we get money out of the aminity fund to pay for them.

im the gas industry, and this year managed to get £350 bonus, plus they paid for us to go paintballing for the day, and then put some money behind the bar for us to have a few drinks afterwards. Preety chuffed with all this.

I work for a law firm in Lodon and we get a night out at the Grosvenor hotel including three course meal,all paid for.Also each department has a xmas lunch at the firm,And each person gets some money to spend on a night out.And we get a cash bonus at the end of december too.
