...Ive just filled in an application form for the local county council, nothing exciting just an admin job in a new local children centre not far from where i live. i couldnt believe it when i came to the ' equal opportunities monitoring form' YOUR GENDER MALE ( ) FEMALE ( ) Most people will be comfortable with one of the above but if you wish to indicate either of the below, please do so: MALE TO FEMALE TRANSGENDER ( ) FEMALE TO MALE TRANSGENDER ( ) what the hell???? then they ask you if you gay or straight? im sure forms never used to be like this!!!
