1stly,each and every one of us needs to look after ourselves and family..this is normally called, getting a job.unfortunately, under successive governments, this country has bred a live off the state culture.thyere are many up here have never worked, will never work, and their children will never work.we cannot continually blame foreign workers coming in here.we went a conquered the world,we set up colonies all over.many millions of our people are working and living in strange lands,why?.....for better pay..we are no different from them who come here to work.
far better to sort our people who dont want to work..and who are a huge drain on our resources, than just to say....the poles are coming.....let them come, let them do the jobs none of us will do.the illegals..throw them out,the legals, let them work.

But it isnt only the jobs some of us dont want to do..There are skilled workers, nurses in fact anything from manual labour all the way up...and we are still going to have people who either dont work or cant work for one reason or the other that is not going to change.

In my experience (don’t ask me my job), the people coming from the new accession states are doing low paid factory work, work in care homes and working with pigs (the animal variety – at the pig farms in Lincolnshire the Poles artificially inseminate the buggers, then take them to the Knackers) as Bear says, these are jobs that Mr/Ms average in the UK will not do. The problem with this is that those Brits who are prepared to work in such industries don’t get paid above the minimum wage… why should they be if a Polish chap will do it instead.
The Home Office is on about limiting the rights of Romanians and Bulgarians into the UK for a short time. Big deal. After 6 months they are likely to have the same rights as the other accession state nationals.
The big joke is that the Hoe Office can only return illegal immigrants/failed asylum seekers back to their country only if their country will have them. In cases of disputed nationality, those peeps are stuck with us. It’s not just a case of shoving them on a plane … although in most cases it should be.
Most people don’t seek asylum in the first safe country they come to simply because they are brought to the UK by people traffickers. They have to do what the traffickers tell them or be killed. One way to stop peeps coming to the UK is to stop the people trafficking trade – fat chance of that.
People are supported by the Home Office until their asylum applications are decided. They have to stay in one place. The problem comes when they are refused and the Home Office does not seek to remove them straight away.
Oh and the veils ….. Don’t start me ….regardless of the religious crap I think it is well out of order. I am a bit deaf and I can’t understand a bloody thing unless I lip read – how can I do that through a bit of cloth? So I am the one that is being discriminated against …. What s happening to our country?

Ello Froog...lol No I have not released them and never will..they are but notches on my mind ..and I have by royal appointment above the bed. How are you babe? how s your soul doing..:)
Well the nursing home that I owned and still have contact with is full of Eastern European people...And the reason according to my ex is that they work harder for the same money. The situation we are in reminds me of any failing business...New blood from elsewhere that can afford to work for less ..We have become a very poor nation and most of us cannot afford to live on what employers are prepared to pay..ost of the people who come here come unencumbered..If they want to wipe my slate clean help me with my rent I will willingly go and insemminate pigs..
I actually have nothing against people emmigrating to our country...but why does the government forget its own...I hate blair the sooner he goes the better..I spent a long time observing that bunch of croneys in the Central Lobby..They are a bunch of middle management trendies. And the only way is up..for themselves..I m of no particular political persuasion anymore. I ve been too close. Ok wheres Citizen Smith? lol ....

Employers are forever complaining about the skills shortage. they were told 25 years ago (in the construction industry at least, by the unions) that if they didnt employ more apprentices/improvers that somewhere down the line there wouldnt be any skilled workers for them. The employers (ruled by the accountant and profit margins) took no notice, indeed they stopped having apprentices full stop as it was deemed not to be cost effective.
15 years later they were having to employ skilled workers from overseas and having to pay a premium rate and still they didnt take on apprentices.
the government introduced what it called modern apprenticeships and helped create loads of training companies (most of which give piss poor training at best).
next came the minimum wage.... which at first glance seemed to be a good thing except when you understand that in the south of the country prior to the act unskilled factory work and similar payed about 7.50 an hour the week after the act came in the same jobs paid 3.75. (i know this to be true witnessed it .had the job paper from peterborough from the week before and the week after.)
Employers are still not willing to take responsibility for training their own workforce properly but still complain bitterly when poorly trained applicants are all they can get . as i stated in an earlier thread construction wages have dropped back to levels from 20 years ago and on the surface still seem like good money but really when you take into account inflation ect it is really a disgrace.
minimum wage is now over 5 pounds an hour and is still to little in any real term. it used to be if you had a job there was a good chance you could afford to get a morgage but not any more. minimum wage is a subsistance wage at best.
As someone facing bancrupcy in the very near future (applying for any old job every week just to keep my head above water etc) it annoys me that despite my best efforts to gain skills i am told time and again that my qualifications are worthless without experience.
starting monday i am being pushed into going on a 13 week work experiance course (what a joke this is. its actually a method of reducing the unemployment figures but the number out of work remains the same).I will be doing another IT course but am not gonna hold my breath. hopefully i will get some security work soon as my license will soon be on its way and then i can forget about signing on and perhaps start to regain some dignity but again i aint gonna hold my breath.

Maybe the reason all of the immigrants are getting the jobs because the youth of the UK are crap and don't want to work hard for their money.... now there's a thought for the day!!
My new job involves encouraging people from places like Poland, India and China to gain employment in the UK, I tell you what I don't get any attitiude from them and they are not afraid of hard graft.
I was a bit wary at first but the more people I deal with the more I can see that this is a good thing, maybe they will change the culture of our attitude riddled shitepit of a country for the better and increase our economy in the right way.
For once I actually agree with the government about encouraging immigrants to "work" in the UK, but I disagree with bring people here who claim all sorts of benefit that brits find it hard to get.

I have seen the BNP site and read their manifesto as well. it was certainly written with the current feeling of distrust in mind. Wont be voting for em though, though i am sure a lot of folk will. perhaps it will make the mainstream parties sit up and take notice and stop with the Political Correctness and rigid adherance to euro legislation, some how i doubt it though. looks like we were all born into interesting times.

today i applied for 10 jobs all of em pay minimum wage and at least half of them want folk with experience and qualifications, the other half would prefer experiance. the jobs are all no skill jobs . right so any takers on odds of me getting an interview for even one of these jobs?
What really pisses me off is the folk who cop an attitude and say things like they dont want to work (when talking about their fellow countrymen) and how we (the unemployed) are crap or scum or some such. Employers will employ the ones who they can pay the least to .Tis exploitation. Do you think its ok that a third world country should go out of its way to train its people in skilled jobs at great cost only so the west can poach em. can these countries afford to train people and then lose them? NO they bloody cant is the awnser yer looking for!
