in the last week up here,another 3 bikers have died,and 2 seriously injured..that brings the total dead for this year to 19....yes 19 in a city of 200000.the average is 10..12 per year...the guy who died yest hit a jcb..my m8 was seriously injured,by hitting car head on.the sad thing is almost all these deaths have been caused by the riders own mistakes..almost all have been due to riding above their ability.....the direct access course is designed to get mr average up to a certain standard,to take his 500 cc bike plodding in to work,through slow moving traffic..wat it doesnt teach,is the fact that most of these guys,after passing their tests jump on mega powerfull superbikes..take them out the twisties,and end up dead......the powers who be are gonna jump on us very hard,very soon..and realistically,who can blame them..meanwhile widows and orphans go about the task of life with no daddy,or husband......slow it down peeps,your a long time dead.

Now i have no opposition to speeding as such, but i have misgivings about people whom have a speed addiction, especially around schools. Hit a child expect to be killed after you get out of court/prison. Extreme..........? Discuss.

r1froog 1300cc Superstar Joined: Sunday, October 02, 2005 Posts: 4352 Location: aberdeen United Kingdom	i agree,,,u kill any child of mine,,,,of which ive 4....and ide do life......i h8,,fools speeding thro built up areas...a bike is a missile.....its sharp,,its pointed...a car hits u at 30,,it throws u over bonnet,,a bike at same speed will cut u in half....same as i do,,if anyone killed any of mine :)
