How come the cars have such good handbrakes in 'Pepper Pig' ? How comes nobody in 'Emerdale' or 'Eastenders' gets junk mail or is disturbed by cold callers selling double glazing or block paving ? If they are so successful and rich, then why are the 'Dragons' always in the den looking for new ideas ?
