That's it, all the decorating is now finished, the house is clean and shiney from top to bottom, the Estate Agent has been and gone, and the For Sale board will be up by the weekend.....all we got to do now is keep it tidy and flog it for the asking price within the week, mmmmmm, could always move Andy and the small people out, then i don't have a problem. Anyone want some lodgers??!!
