what is the point of wasps? whilst riding along minding my own business enjoying the warm day with my visor up a wasp decided to hitch a ride by slamming into my helmet... the orrible little sod didnt die on impact and sort of got jammed between the helmet padding and the side of my face. The ungratefull little git then proceded to sting my repeatedly just to the side of my eye. I couldnt safely pull over as i was in fast moving traffic so i just had to grit my teeth and carry on for about 2 miles (being stung all the while). eventually i pulled off the road and whipped off my helmet. the Wasp fell to the floor and was buzzing very angrily flat on its back. i assumed it had pretty well had it but no it got on its legs and started getting ready to take off. i squished the murderous wee beastie as there was no way i was gonna get stung by it again.
now the right side of my face is quite swollen and very painfull and am feeling none to well. Bloody wasps kill em all.
