The new Mr Ton has passed his bike test and is now riding my ickle monster for practice. The exciting bit is that he is buying us a pair of spanking new 1098s Ducati's - how cool is that, I mean me, on a 1098s, omg. Should I have the red, or the black?

Hey-I was only concerned about your/his safety. Its just that there are so many F---K Wits out there safe in their metal boxes-who couldnt see S..T if it hit them in the face. It actually takes a lot of time and experience - see the aforementioned FWs before they hurt you. Its not about speed(unfortunately there are lots who jump on such a big bike and let rip-without -but this is not the issue I hope). Just remember: System leads to Smoothness and Smoothnees leads to (safe) Speed-Enjoy Springs here(well there-its bloody -7 here) :)))

Well done to New Mr Ton, and way to go on the new 1098's (not jealous honest), remember shiney side up and sticky side down.
