i haven't stopped smoking YET but i am down to 10 a day instead of about 25. my incentive for stopping? well apart from the fact that it might kill me Mark said he would buy me a 4x4 and a caravan if i do stop lol oh another reason is that its worrying me how long i would have to go without a cig for when we go on holiday cos i bet u can't smoke in the airport no more! so i'm off to a hypnotheropist soon so we will see how that goes. to be honest even if i don't stop i'm quite happy only smoking 10. I've told the hypno jobbie to tell me i hate food and like excersie too so i don't put any weight on when i stop lol

Ive still not had one since early January 2006 And i had got up to smoking over 30 a day at that point !!! Still a long way to go yet as i gave up for about 5 yrs in the late 80's / early 90's -- Martin :o)

Thats how i ended up starting agin after giving up for 5yrs Anyway tc and keep with it :o) -- Martin :o)
