i would say that dimmu sounded like cradle going back about 6-7 years but not now by a long shot....dimmu are still doing raw dark metal for the masses where as cradle sold out big time a while back and lost what they had.......sorry rant over

I havent heard Cradle of filth since 2003..lol I just noticed a similarity. Have they sold out there original sound then...I did nt even know this band existed til you said Hippo..Sorry Mart lol .. you know me several steps behind everyone else in the conversation..Never mind I m harmless..:) ( but not all the time!)

yeah darcey they have done a few since then but nothing worth mentioning really there last album was a massive flop for me im just gonna wait to see what cradle do next but if you like cradle theres loads of bands out there now that in my eyes are better......dimmu borgir being one of them hun....saying that 2 members of demmu used to be with cradle lol

Really Hip . I can see that they would have been with them. I used to be massively into Cradle but lost touch with it all along the way. They certainly pushed the boat out with thier videos ..They seened quite daring at the time lol.. Thanks for that info Hip . Will have to do a blitz and listen to some of these bands.
