Mike has been in an accident on his bike yesterday involving a car. I don't know all the particulars of the accident.
I do know that he is in intensive care and might possibly lose his left leg.
I know he was conscious at some point because he asked that Scott and I be contacted but we are not allowed to visit him just yet because we are not family.
I'll keep you all posted......
Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Hello again,
I just rang the hospital, due to problems at North Staffs, Mikes appointment has been postponed until tomorrow. He will be really dissapointed as he felt things were on the move at last. I will let you know tomorrow how he gets on (if he goes).

Hi all
I managed to get to the computer again.
im doing not bad, had a bit of a bad emonial time last week , but the nurses sat and chatted helped me.
Unforhally not got to north staffs again today, bed probs at there end so we are not sure when i am going now.

spent 30mins tonite on the phone to mike the nurses were great and wheeled his bed out to the phone lol and hes in great form not lookin forward to plastic surgery but hes getting there finally and hes so determined to get back riding its great and he was so amazed by the cards and vistors hes had great to see its not gonna beat him
