....that we are just not riding our bikes enough, you know, lack of time, too much work, new house, massive garden, two kids, two dogs, so........it pains me to say this but, it looks like they are going to have to go :-(
So, if anyone is interested in a Triumph Daytona 675, 2006 on 06 plate (July), 2k miles, graphite grey, FSH, double bubble, and a Kawasaki ZX636 2006 on 06 plate (July), 2.5K miles, black (fastest colour), one lady? owner, hugger, both with remaining manufacturers warranty, then PM me for more details.
Also, loads of Dainese leather and goretex kit, namely:

its a shame u can't find the time to ride, perhaps when the children are older u will be able to get back into it. i can understand the time thing, i only ride to work as i also have 2 children, and work shifts including weekends and have step children over every other weekend as well as a house to run.

Thats a shame, mabye you could buy a couple of older bikes when youve sold your existing ones, not so much money sitting in the garage, and still the chance to get out when you can.
Good luck with the sales anyway.

Its only my opinion, it doesn't necessarily make it right.

Thanks, yeah, I suppose older bikes may be an option, like you say, less money sat in the garage
Gixx, I would want about £40 for the gloves, not worn much as they were my replacement summer gloves, and I've always got cold hands!!
Forgot i also have dainese lady's keep leather trousers (silver writing) with sliders, size 8, well worn but good condition
All that said, I suppose really we ought to get rid of the bikes before we sell the clothing, otherwise we could end up in a pickle!!!

not been able to ride mine recently, lack of cash for mot, etc, and have only been able to pinch frans bike occasionally, and must say its horrible not having one. think about just getting a couple of cheap hacks, anything can be fun, if you havent ridden for a while. its a horrible decision to have to make.

It is Fred. We keep going over and over it, neither of us want to get rid of our bikes, but at the end of the day, with depreciation, tax and insurance, they are probably costing us around 3k per year. If we only go out on them 3 times in that year, then that makes them bloody expensive ride outs!!!
To say we are gutted is an understatement, but we have to be sensible. We've not long moved, we have loads to do to the house, and at the end of the day, it's just a wicked shame to leave two cracking bikes just sitting there......OMG, I'll be in tears in a mo -(

how about early cbr600, u can buy them for a few hundred pounds, run them for next to nothing and prob get most of your money back when you get rid of them, almost no depreciation. thats what i do.
