Just wondering what motivates you? What your faults are? What stage are you at within your life? Which famous/popular figure inspires you (dead or alive)? And what you do for work? I know that this is a bit of an open question, but it will make you think. When I say what motivates you, I mean what makes you get off your arse and do things at work and at home. And when ask about the stage of your life, I don’t mean age, I mean mentally and physically what have you achieved to date, and what are your aspirations over the longer term (realistic) – you can use the link to help you understand this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow's_hierarchy_of_needs Me, I’m motivated by my own success, what I believe is right from wrong and living a good life with like-minded true people. My main fault is impatience that can be interpreted as aggression, however I can appear to be lazy if I feel that somebody is forcing me into a situation. Ideally I’d like to make the world a better place, realistically I understand that I cannot do this alone so my aspiration is to become a better person through self realisation and helping others to achieve their personal goals and discover themselves. I am at a stage that I would like to change my whole lifestyle, but know that it will take me a couple of years to get everything right. I’m back at Safety on the triangle and looking forward to moving up it again lol People like Richard Branson and Alan Sugar inspire me, but this does not mean that I would want to be them, they just fascinate me. And I work as an Account Manager in engineering recruitment and I’m taking on more senior responsibilities – hence these question lol Sorry it’s all got a bit deep pmsl But I’m interested to know what sort of people you all are….. not that I’m nosey lol

omg bubbles, what a question, certainly made me think tho well here goes i enjoy helping peeps so im motivated in the fact that i am helping other people in their everyday life both at home with the kids and partner and the people i care for at work stage in my life.....mmmm hard one that. i feel that i am at the stage where i am beginning to feel better, i have been ill for a long time and i finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, no famous or popular figure inspires me, just my colleuge at work who has also become a friend, she is in a higher positon than me, she gives me the insperation to better myself at every oppertunity and encourages me when i tell her my goals in life i work as a care assistant in a residental home for the elderly, i am hjoping to be a senior carer in the near future i hope that helps

difficult one that bubbs..motivation? for some reason ive always been motivated, dont no by what....but what drives me on,is the fact that i want my children and grandchildren,to get things out of life, that i couldnt...if u have a goal in life,,go for it,no one else will give you it.....you win,,you lose,,but if you dont try,,you will never know.

When they discover the centre of the universe a lot of people will be disappointed to discover they are not it. (Bernard Bailey)

So true Bob but everybody should be the centre of their own universe to find happiness

right i'm going to answer this question if it kills me!!!!!!!! First of all what we do for work ...... We r an ISP (Internet Service Provider) no i don't mean like BT who gives u the connection I mean we r the people who have the servers in one of many Data Centres around the world where all these web pages u go on r stored. ...... my part in this business is doing the accounts. What motivates me? .......... Wanting a better life for Me Mark and Sandie, and getting it to a point where we don't have to go to work anymore. What r my faults? lol how long have u got? ........ I'm spoilt, i'm loud, i swear too much, i can be a real bitch and i repeat myself alot oh and give me half a chance and i am a lazy git. What stage am i at? ...... we r at a turning point, we r at the stage where what motivates me is getting near and near. mentally i'm still a teenager and altho that can be quite annoying to people i prefer to act young instead of grown up and sensible. (altho i can be when the need arises) what people inspire me? .......... i would love to say i have some sort of famous hero here but i really don't. some of the worlds famous people past and present i find intresting but none have made me think i want to be like that. now if u had asked who have i learnt the most from and who has shaped me then i would have to say Mark. bloody hell that took some thinking about good question tho bubbs.
