Why did you choose the bike that you currently own? There must be a reason.... c'mon guys spill the beans. I chose mine because I wanted a happy medium of sportbike, the fact that it's greeeeeen had absolutely nothing to do with my choice..... honest! It's been a trouper too, we've been through alot together (booohoooooooo), I really want a different bike now but funds are lacking so it looks as if the green meanie and I are gonna have another happy summer together :o)

chose mine cos it was at a mates garage and he wanted next to nothing for it, plus it was pretty much ready to race it just needed servicing and setting up, which in the long run was a cheap way to go racing. Shame i had to sacrifice my beloved R1 to go racing but not to worry..

i didnt so much choose my XJ it just happend along when i happend to have some money. its been a good solid workhorse and i reckon i'll keep it. Its starting to break things more often now, but its got 80 odd thousand miles on it and parts are pretty cheap thanks to fleabay.

Yes I picked a scooter as my bike. I did so because it's a touring scooter. It handles well in heavy city trafic, as well as it has more than enough power for our highway system. I looked at Harleys, and large Hondas, and figured I didn't need the weight or make a statement. I wanted something easy on gas, room for stuff, easy to clean, and fun to ride. So with 48-52 mpg, fishing pole, tackle box, and lots of other stuff under the seat, 0 to 60 in 6 seconds (about half the top end), and can wash and wax it in about 20 min. this is the ride for me.

I didn't choose my bike, it chose me. Was given to me by a good friend (may he rest in peace). Has been one of the best things to happen to me, really great bike. Also has a lot of sentimental value, as the owner has passed away, so would never get rid of it. Besides, its just so much fun to ride! fyi, Kawasaki FX400R
